Peter Mullison joined the respected team at Edwards & Taylor in November of 2007 and has proven to be a valuable addition in representing lenders in foreclosures throughout the State of Colorado. He is well versed in creditor representation, including residential and commercial foreclosures, in both judicial and non-judicial actions, as well as various bankruptcy proceedings.

Peter's primary focus is litigation, especially collections, contract disputes, and other types of commercial litigation. He is passionate about developing creative solutions that all parties in a dispute can be happy about. Always professional, other attorneys respect Peter's consistently courteous and cooperative approach to commercial litigation.

Prior to joining Edwards & Taylor, Peter served as Director of Operations for United Friends of the Children in California to provide foster youth with the opportunity to finish high school, find housing, attend college, and build the skills to support themselves. He also operated a private law practice.

Peter was born in Shenandoah, Iowa, but loves the mountain atmosphere in Denver. When he has free time, Peter is an avid hiker and regular on his motorcycle. He likes scenic high-altitude rides, particularly Colorado's Peak to Peak Highway.
